This policy explains how Playmake handles information on its website and in its game creation and social gaming app.

1. Visiting the website

The landing page displays game screenshots and does not run games or require an account. The page does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts.

Your browser requests the page, images, styles, and scripts from the hosting service. Those requests can generate ordinary server logs, such as your IP address, requested file, browser information, and request time. Your browser may cache downloaded files.

2. Information used by the app

• Account information: details used to sign you in, such as your email address, account identifier, and information returned by your chosen sign-in provider.
• Creation content: the ideas, prompts, messages, feedback, and other material you submit, together with generated games, assets, and creation history.
• Profile and service activity: profile information you provide, games associated with your account, and records needed to operate creation, sharing, and gameplay features.
• Technical and support information: service requests, errors, security records, and information you send when contacting us.

Please do not include sensitive personal information or other people’s private information in game prompts or public content.

3. How information is used

We use information to provide accounts, create and store games, make shared games available, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. 4. AI and service providers

Game creation sends relevant prompts, context, and asset descriptions to AI and infrastructure providers. These providers help generate game code, images, 3D assets, and audio. Their processing and retention practices depend on the provider and the configuration used.

Other providers help with sign-in, hosting, storage, databases, and background processing. They receive the information needed for the functions they perform.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, or handle a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.

5. Shared games and profiles

Games made available in the shared feed, associated assets, and visible creator or profile information can be seen by other users. Others may copy or share what they can access. Do not place information in a shared game that you want to keep private.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and fulfill the purposes described here. Relevant factors include whether your account is active, whether a game is still available, unresolved support or safety matters, legal requirements, and backup cycles. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove backup copies or copies already shared by others.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards must apply. We use reasonable technical and organizational protections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can choose what to submit and share, stop using the service, and control app permissions through your device settings. Declining information needed for account access or game creation may prevent those features from working.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Playmake accounts are intended for people aged 13 and older, subject to any higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
